SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

All upright arcade cabinets we ship will be delivered curbside via an LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier throughout the continental United States. Our team carefully packages and insulates each arcade cabinet and secures it to a wooden pallet for safe transport. Please be aware that due to the size of these shipments, the freight carrier will only deliver the arcade cabinet curbside. It is the customer's responsibility to unpack and move the arcade cabinet to its desired location.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend that customers are present during the delivery window and follow the tracking number closely. If you are unable to be present during the delivery window, please make alternate arrangements to prevent your arcade cabinet from being left unattended curbside. All shipments require a direct signature from the package recipient, providing an opportunity to inspect the arcade cabinet before accepting delivery. Simple Arcades is not responsible for any theft or damages that may occur if an arcade is delivered unattended or without the purchaser being present for a delivery inspection.

We understand that receiving a damaged arcade cabinet is disappointing, and we want to assure our customers that all shipments come with courier insurance for the value of the item purchased. Additionally, all shipments require a direct signature from the package recipient, providing an opportunity to inspect the arcade cabinet before accepting delivery. In the unlikely event that an arcade cabinet arrives damaged, customers must open a claim with the shipping provider within one business day of delivery. If a customer fails to file a claim within one business day or fails to comply with the claim's investigation process, Simple Arcades reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund. Please note that Simple Arcades cannot and will not act as a liaison between the customer and the shipping carrier regarding shipping or damage claims. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cooperate with any requirements during the claim investigation process.
