RETURNS & REFUNDS

OVERVIEW

 

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return your custom arcade cabinet. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your arcade cabinet, as indicated by the delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier, to initiate a return.

Due to the customizable nature of our arcade cabinets, all returns are subject to a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs, which are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the arcade cabinet must be returned in new or like-new condition, without modifications or damage. All original accessories and components must be included. If there is any evidence of tampering, damage, or alterations that void our limited warranty, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

Once we receive the return and verify it meets our policy requirements, we will initiate the exchange or refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@simple-arcades.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the proper shipping address.

2. Proper Packaging Requirements
All returns must be packaged with extreme care. When we ship your arcade, we use ¾" foam padding around the entire cabinet to absorb transit shock. This standard must be met when returning the item. Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and packing paper are not sufficient and will not be accepted.

If the cabinet is received in poor packaging and arrives damaged beyond repair, the return will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping back to them.

3. Damage in Return Transit
If damage occurs during return transit, you are responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipping provider. Simple Arcades does not accept responsibility for return shipping damages or losses. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment in full.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom artwork, personalized designs, and special-order features are non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Minor cosmetic imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered defects.

5. Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and the 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept exchanges for alternate themes or models after delivery.

7. Packaging Reminder
Use original packaging if possible. If not available, or packaging has been damaged, use new packaging with at least ¾" foam padding on all sides of the arcade. Inadequate packaging may result in denied refunds.​
