RETURNS & REFUNDS
OVERVIEW
We understand that there may be instances where you need to return your custom arcade cabinet. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your arcade cabinet, as indicated by the delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier, to initiate a return.

Please note that due to the customizable nature of our arcade cabinets, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, you, as the customer, are responsible for covering all shipping and insurance costs associated with returning the product to our facility. These costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, the arcade cabinet must be returned in new or like-new condition. It should be securely shipped back to our facility without any modifications or damage. Please include all original accessories and components. If there is any evidence of tampering, damage, modification, or anything else that voids our limited warranty, we reserve the right to refuse the return and deny a refund.

Once we receive the returned arcade cabinet and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

In the event that the arcade cabinet is damaged during transit back to our location, you must file a damage claim with your chosen shipping provider. Please be aware that Simple Arcades cannot and will not accept responsibility for any damages, losses, or costs incurred during the return transit. Additionally, this situation falls under a non-refundable scenario, meaning that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances by Simple Arcades. Instead, you must pursue a shipping claim with the carrier for reimbursement. To safeguard yourself, we strongly recommend insuring your return shipment with the chosen shipping provider.
