LIMITED WARRANTY

OVERVIEW

At Simple Arcades, we stand behind the quality of our custom arcade cabinets. All purchases include a 6-month limited warranty, effective from the date the cabinet is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.

WHAT’S COVERED

  • Malfunctions or defects resulting from errors in assembly, materials, or internal hardware.

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.

 

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

 

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.

  • Accidental damage, including damage incurred during improper transit or handling.

  • Cosmetic imperfections, including minor scratches, dents, or wear-and-tear.

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized individuals or third parties.

  • Damage due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

 

Any warranty claim found to fall under these exclusions will not be honored, and the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

 

WARRANTY SERVICE & SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

 

If you experience an issue that falls within the scope of this warranty, contact us at support@simple-arcades.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

 

We may request the return of specific parts, or in some cases, the entire arcade cabinet for inspection and repair. All return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer and must follow strict packaging guidelines to qualify for warranty service.

 

PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY RETURNS

 

We’ve seen too many cabinets arrive damaged due to poor packaging. For that reason, the

 

following shipping requirements are mandatory for any warranty service request:

  • A minimum of 1 inch of dense, closed-cell foam padding must be used on all sides of the arcade cabinet.

  • Do not use loose fill materials (e.g., packing peanuts, bubble wrap, crumpled paper, etc.). These are not sufficient to protect the unit.

  • The cabinet must be fully immobilized within the box and cannot shift during transit.

  • Shipments must be sent with signature confirmation and insurance equal to the full purchase price.

 

If your arcade arrives damaged due to improper packaging, your warranty will be voided, and we will not repair or replace the unit. In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to retrieve the unit.

 

We strongly recommend using the original packaging if available. If not, you must replicate our shipping method as closely as possible, using the same level of protective materials.

 

DAMAGES DURING RETURN SHIPPING

 

If your arcade cabinet is damaged during return shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Simple Arcades is not liable for loss or damage that occurs while the unit is in transit back to us.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

 

Once we receive your arcade cabinet and confirm that:

  1. The issue is covered under warranty;

  2. The unit arrived safely and was packaged correctly;

 

...we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost to you, and we will also cover the cost of shipping the repaired unit back to you.
