LIMITED WARRANTY

OVERVIEW

 

At Simple Arcades we include a limited 6-month limited warranty on all of our custom arcade cabinets, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty begins when the customer receives the arcade cabinet, as indicated by the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error, accidents, tampering, intentional damage or misuse, cosmetic wear and tear, or natural disasters.

For those who have purchased our signature Upright full-size arcade cabinets, customers can also purchase our extended warranty within 30 days of receiving the arcade cabinet. Our extended warranty provides additional coverage for a longer period of time and may include benefits such as repairs or replacement of defective parts, as well as access to priority technical support and customer service.

Please note that any repairs or replacements made under warranty will be subject to our discretion and may require the return of the arcade cabinet to our facility for evaluation. Any modifications or repairs made to the arcade cabinet by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
