LIMITED WARRANTY

OVERVIEW

 

At Simple Arcades we include a limited 6-month limited warranty on all of our custom arcade cabinets, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty begins when the customer receives the arcade cabinet, as indicated by the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from user error, accidents, tampering, intentional damage or misuse, cosmetic wear and tear, or natural disasters.

​Please note that any repairs or replacements made under warranty will be subject to our discretion and may require the return of specific parts or, in some scenarios, the entire arcade cabinet to our facility for evaluation. Any modifications or repairs made to the arcade cabinet by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
