This additional coverage begins once your included 6-month parts and labor warranty expires and lasts for a period of one (1) year after.

Our warranty covers all electrical and mechanical failures that occur during normal, everyday use of your custom home arcade cabinet. From broken push buttons to faulty joysticks, we've got you covered. And with power surges included, you can rest easy knowing your investment is protected. But that's not all - our expert tech team can connect to your arcade remotely to troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise. And if we can't fix it remotely, we'll send a qualified technician to your location to repair or replace anything required to get you back up and running. Don't let the fear of unforeseen issues keep you from enjoying your custom arcade to the fullest. Protect your investment with our extended warranty and game on with confidence!
Warranty includes the repair or replacement of any broken push buttons, joysticks, or other mechanical items, as well as any damages caused by power surges for a period of 1-year after delivery date, as indicated by the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.
Additionally, our expert technicians are available to provide remote support to troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we'll send a qualified technician to your location for repair or replacement of any required parts. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages that arise from accidents, tampering, misuse, cosmetic wear and tear, natural disasters, or customer negligence. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs to the arcade cabinet will void the warranty, including all hardware and software included with your purchase.
Simple Arcades reserves the right to refuse service or void a warranty at our discretion. We also retain the right to determine what is covered under our extended warranty.
